Shop Policy

We cannot accept returns on personal products, and if any returns on other products are to be returned, it must be in original condition and wrapper undamaged, with NO cigarette smoke smell.


We will try to accommodate special orders. Just ask! Our policy is to offer the best product possible from us to you.

Shipping Policy

We begin digging and shipping iris in mid June, and continue thru September.

INSURANCE: ONLY ADDED IF REQUESTED.

All paid orders will receive a delivery tracking number emailed to them once your item has shipped.

We ship all paid orders (except plants or custom orders) within 1 business day of payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are perishable items, we cannot accept returns by law. Please make sure before you buy our product that you want our product.
In the event that you order a non-perishable item returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, in original condition for original purchase price and original shipping. No return shipping is refunded. We are not responsible for loss or damage once any item is mailed.

We try to select the best quality of the iris available. We value our customers and do try our best. If for some reason, there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can find a solution that is satisfactory to you.

We are not responsible for loss due to your growing, watering, climate, or other growing conditions. Growing and care instructions will be included with your order.
